The Composting Association, the UK leading's membership organisation for the composting and biodegradable resource management industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors.
Announced at the Association's AGM, Julian Morgan, Finance and Commercial Director of Bioganix plc and Mike Orr, Executive Director of TEG Environmental plc, will take their places on the Board for a period of three years.
Peter Mills, Chairman of the Composting Association said "We welcome the appointment of these two new directors. They bring with them wide experience from inside and outside the composting industry and I think it is significant for both the Association and for the industry that both new directors are from AIM listed businesses. Composting is going new directions and the Association reflects this.
"I would like to go on record as thanking the two directors who stood down this year, Stephen Wise-Merry of SITA and John Mullett of Bio Group. They have both been involved with the Association for a number of years and have helped to ensure that the Association has succeeded in representing the UK's composting industry."
