A Greek Office for Mascus

Mascus, the Pan-European marketplace for used machinery and transportation vehicles justifies its position as one of the market leaders

The used machinery marketplace with the most number of local offices

Another impressive year has started for Mascus, the Pan-European marketplace for used machinery and trucks. For the last three months Mascus has opened offices in three new locations, one of which outside Europe. This in addition to the fact that in 2008, Mascus adopted eight new European countries makes the marketplace the first one with the most number of local offices in whole Europe.
“We are constantly working on gaining new offices around the world, and justifying our position as one of the market leaders in the heavy machinery and transportation classified business. Nowadays more and more people know the name Mascus, as we are currently present in 26 countries altogether, and have customers all over the world.” says Fredrik Larsson, Mascus' Managing Director.

A new office in South-East Europe

The newly opened Mascus office is in Greece, and marks a significant step in Mascus' expansion in South-East Europe. “Greece was important milestone for us. With its close geographical nearness to the Balkan and Middle East countries, we are giving our customers ever more export opportunities in these regions.” says Tomasz Odrobinski, responsible for Mascus' internationalization. “And we are glad to be able to work with the right partner in Greece.” he adds.

The Greek Mascus office is opened in cooperation with the media company Imadra Media Ltd. Imadra Media Ltd.' main business area focuses on cars, motorcycles and real estate classified portals. “Mascus adds diversity to our product portfolio. We are glad to have the opportunity to sell its services in Greece.” says Dimitris Tukakis, the owner of Imadra Media Ltd. “From the very beginning when we decided to open the Greek Mascus office and become Mascus representatives, we were impressed by the quality and innovative services and products, the brand name Mascus stands for. And not to mention that, so many dealers are their customer references.” he adds.

Own Mascus marketplace for Greek dealers

With the opening of the Greek office, Mascus adds also a new domain: www.mascus.gr and a new language- Greek. Now the marketplace is accessible in 26 European languages, and available in the native tongue to more and more buyers and sellers of used plant machinery, trucks, trailers, tractors, farm machinery, forklifts, groundscare and forest machines.
In addition, Greek dealers have the opportunity as many other European dealers, to place used machines in their native language and reach many potential customers in their country, region and internationally.
