Ingersoll Rand is delighted to announce the appointment of Alexander Zankl as Director of Aftermarket Climate Control ESA (European Served Area), covering the brands of Thermo King, Koxka and Hussman.
The new position will involve Zankl overseeing the provision of spare parts, accessories, service programs such as TotalKare, Telematics and the supply of remanufactured components and units.
Zankl will be responsible for ensuring that the three brands deliver the highest levels of customer service inline with the ongoing strategy for the business.
Commenting on his new position, Alex Zankl said: "I am delighted to be offered this vital role within the Climate Control ESA team. The changes in the structure of the business are to reflect the scope in Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies and also to ensure an even greater customer focus. I am looking forward to the challenge of managing three Aftermarket businesses with significantly different routes to market: transport, marine and retail solutions.
