Hobart adopts next generation vehicle tracking solution
Upgrade to Fleetstar-Online streamlines workflow on an individual engineer basis

Cybit, the UK’s leading online Telematics Service Provider, has announced that Hobart UK, one of the leading suppliers of commercial catering equipment, has implemented Cybit’s Fleetstar-Online telematics solution across their mobile workforce. Hobart’s job attendance rates have increased by around 12-15 percent per engineer per day through the use of Fleetstar’s integration.
Fleetstar-Online works with an integrated hand-held workflow solution to enable dispatchers to allocate the most appropriate engineers to specific customer call-outs based on where they are at the time and the status of their current tasks. By moving to a new-level of software with integrated reporting capabilities, Hobart is able to monitor the status of each vehicle individually to provide a pro-active response to clients’ jobs from its engineers.
