Extreme Genie and JLG machines for Collé Rental & Sales

Collé Rental & Sales with branches in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium has taken delivery of 10 Super Booms with a working height of nearly 57 and 59 meters. Collé is one of the few rental companies in Europe with availability of the highest self-propelled telescopic boom lifts in the world: the Genie SX180 and JLG 1850 SJ. Collé Rental & Sales has over 5.000 professional rental machines including more than 100 work platforms with a working height of 40 meters or higher.

The performance of both the Genie SX-180 and the JLG 1850 SJ are unique. In practice, the work platforms will be used for the same purposes, but there are a few major differences. The Genie SX180 has a higher unrestricted working envelope with a lift capacity of 340kg, an unique horizontal rotating jib system and the Genie is more compact and lighter than the JLG 1850 SJ. On the other hand the JLG 1850 SJ has a slightly higher working height and an extendable jib. Frits Collé, director Collé Rental & Sales: "Obviously, our specialists recommend the right machine for your project. If one of these machines is not suitable, we offer a correct alternative with a maximum working height up to 103 meters.

The reason for this significant investment is the expansion of Collé Rental & Sales in 2015. Frits Collé: "This year we are opening new branches in the Netherlands and Germany. Besides these platforms, Collé made more investments in their machinery park. Some examples are new Magni rotating telescopic handlers (including the RTH 5.35 with a lifting height of 35 meters and a lifting capacity of 4999kg.) and more than 150 new construction machines. As a specialist in the field of work platforms, (rotating) telehandlers and other construction equipment we offer a wide range of machines at each location."
