Swisslog, the global supplier of logistics solutions, has strengthened its organisation with the appointment of Ian Channing as Head of its UK Customer Support department. Ian brings with him a wealth of experience in the material handling industry, having previously held positions at FKI Logistex and more recently at Dematic.
Customer Support is a core department within Swisslog which continually strives to provide innovative and proactive support services. Ian will focus on driving the department forwards and ensuring an ongoing commitment to Swisslog’s customers. With this appointment, Swisslog continues in its strategy to further strengthen its position as a leading provider of logistics solutions.
