Providing the best service in the industry helps Leuze electronic to best sales month ever.
Leuze electronic, the leading manufacturer of sensors for detection, inspection and machine safety re-launched their UK business at the start of 2009, just as the recession was starting to hit the manufacturing industries. This re-launch aimed to improve the service provided for Leuze electronic’s products by ceasing to represent other manufacturers and was combined with a substantial investment in infrastructure, people and training.
Since January 2009, Leuze electronic have been loudly making a promise to provide the best customer service and products in the UK and initially this seemed to be well received because whilst sales declined for all of their competitors during 2009, Leuze electronic’s UK sales grew by a third.
As the end of 2010 approaches it is interesting to see Leuze achieve another record in the UK, with their best sales month for 20 years.
Managing Director, Mark Weymouth said "I really hope that our continued growth is because of my belief in providing great service, especially at a time when many companies have walked away from providing good support, often because of off-shoring". "To be fair I have to give some credit to the parent company’s ongoing investment in new products, as these continue to bring new enquires to us, especially as we become better know in the UK".
Having celebrated their 20th year in the UK in 2010, Leuze are excited about their 21st birthday in January 2011.
