Bedfords has been working with Polestar Chantry, Pettys and Sheffield for some time and has now extended that relationship to include Polestar Varnicoat in Worcester with potential for future sites into 2010. As a result Polestar has renegotiated with Bedfords to introduce a three year national rate deal.
The move to a national contract signifies a new era of partnership between Polestar and Bedfords. The company currently operates ten trailers with Polestar branding as part of the partnership deal. The contract also cements Bedfords as one of the UK’s leading print logistics organisations.
Philip Lockwood, Bedfords Commercial Director said: "Our work with Polestar has been ongoing from its northern depots for some time, so we’re delighted to add some of its southern locations to our portfolio. The switch to a national contact shows the level of commitment from both parties and the relationship will go from strength to strength as a result."
