The MetaPack Group, the leading provider of eCommerce technology for delivery services, today confirmed the nominations for retailers and carriers in the Delivery Excellence Awards. The awards will be part of the Delivery Conference held at the Westminster Bridge Park Plaza in London. This is Europe’s premier event for the online delivery industry and will showcase how retailers can use delivery to generate repeat purchase and customer loyalty through industry collaboration and investment in providing a better customer experience.
For retailers, there will be three awards to be won and nominees are:
Best Cross Border Delivery Offering: Superdry, Abercrombie and Fitch, Asos, American Golf, Esprit Retail B.V. & Co. KG, SportsDirect /MySale
Best Provider of Consumer Choice in Delivery: John Lewis, Asos, Missguided, House of Fraser with Cafe Nero, Boohoo
Best Use of Technology in Delivery: Dixons Carphone, John Lewis, Ted Baker, Trueshopping, Debenhams
For carriers, there are three additional awards and nominees are:
Best Contribution to Delivery Innovation: DPD, Doddle, Liefery (Time Matters, Royal Mail, ParcelForce, InPost
Best Cross Border Delivery Initiative: DPD, DHL Parcel International France, P2P, Swiss Post, wnDirect
Best Provider of Outstanding Service: DHL, DPD, Hermes, ParcelForce, Royal Mail
The final award of the evening will be the MetaPack Magic Award, which will go to the retailer who has derived the most benefit from using the MetaPack services, with a focus on innovation to improve customer satisfaction.
