Norbert Dentressangle’s contract with Fernox to provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ logistics solution for its leading brand has been renewed for a further two-years.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, Fernox is a global market leader in chemical water treatment, engineered products and diagnostic testing services.
The company supplies products to trade merchants, DIY stores and OEMs, and its range of water treatment products are widely used by installers and heating engineers as well as consumers.
To support its ongoing contract with Fernox, Norbert Dentressangle stores a range of inventory at its Rochester distribution centre, from where orders are picked and despatched on a daily basis.
Using its established Day Distribution Network, Norbert Dentressangle delivers consignments across mainland UK to regional distribution centres (RDCs) and trade stockists, such as wholesalers. The company also transports a wide range of Fernox products from mainland Europe into the UK using its international full trailer load (FTL) service.

The service operates to a comprehensive suite of key performance indicators (KPIs) – issued monthly with regular review meetings, which have a strategic focus to deliver continuous operational improvement.
