The office in Chico, California, will be managed by Jonas D. Herzog (president) and Phil D. Shumway (vice president), both of whom have extensive experience in the sector. They started their careers at the Facade Access Consulting Group of Lerch Bates. Jonas was general manager and Phil was project manager.
