Wash power of the Wilcomatic family

The Wilcomatic family of companies will be exhibiting a range of equipment to meet all truck washing needs at this year’s CV Show at the NEC in Birmingham.

As well as Christ units from Wilcomatic, there will also be information on specialist truck wash equipment from its sister companies, Wickham Gensol, Archway and Working Water.

The range is led by Wilcomatic’s Christ C5000 Magnum rollover machine, suitable for all sizes of commercial vehicle. When combined with the high pressure Jet Stream, which can be installed on both the Magnum and Taurus machines, the equipment can clean any shape of vehicle efficiently.

To efficiently wash the parts of awkwardly shaped vehicles that brushes may not reach, the Jet Steam incorporates a chemical and high pressure water system that can penetrate into hard-to-reach corners. This includes sill and wheel washing.

The Monsoon, Hurricane and Double Hurricane wheel and underchassis washing systems from Wickham Gensol are designed to remove the heaviest mud and road dirt from all wheeled and tracked vehicles. These powerful units can be used on their own for removing such things as mud before leaving a dirty site, or combined with Wilcomatic’s Magnum machines to provide a comprehensive wash system.

For those with a more limited budget, Archway will be showing its range of cost-effective drive-through machines, which can be particularly useful in yards with limited space.

All of these units can be equipped with Working Water’s water recycling systems that can reduce water costs by up to 90%. This is in addition to Working Waters own jet wash wash-down bays and units.

To ensure wash equipment works to peak efficiency, Wilcomatic has developed its own range of chemicals for all wash units, no matter what the manufacturer.
