15Hatfields, the new venue set to storm London's event scene this year, will open its doors to savvy event organisers looking for state-of-the-art facilities, built with the highest environmental specifications in mind.
The venue, which will open 20 May, is part of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), located in the heart of London's South Bank.
Warren Campbell, 15Hatfields Client Services Manager commented: “15Hatfields is committed to reducing its impact on the environment and facilitating sustainable events. We believe what's good for the environment is good for business and that's why we've gone the extra mile to ensure our venue is not only contemporary, but is sustainable.”
A unique concept which extends all the way down to the ecologically produced goat hair carpets throughout the building, the cushions made from recycled seatbelts, coasters made from recycled tyres and bamboo computer monitors.
15Hatfields has four boardroom style meeting rooms, as well as four flexible meeting spaces including a large venue space that can be divided into four individual rooms. Every room is named in accordance with the venue's sustainable philosophy including earth, sustain, energy, water and renew.
The venue is also home to some of the best fairtrade, organic and locally-sourced catering options on the market. Food and drink at 15Hatfields has been extensively tried and tested to ensure that it is not only environmentally friendly, but that it also tickles the taste buds.
A real breath of fresh air in more ways than one, 15Hatfields is not only the most sustainable venue in London; it will also plough its profits back into CIEH's charitable activities which go towards improving public and environmental health.
Warren added: “Companies are increasingly choosing venues that are environmentally and socially responsible. 15Hatfields provides the whole package – giving organisers the state-of-the-art facilities they expect in an innovative and sustainable venue.”
