The latest two new Isuzu 7.5 tonne rigids to join the transporter fleet at MSL Vehicle Rental are the 29th and 30th Isuzu trucks to be purchased by the company in the last five years. These two vehicles are also the first of the new Isuzu "Forward" models to join MSL's 19-strong vehicle fleet that operate through nine branches across the UK.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2009, MSL is now the UK's longest established provider of replacement vehicles to clients involved in non-fault motoring accidents. As part of this service MSL recently moved over to specifying "two-vehicle transporter" bodies for its rental car collection and delivery service. Both of these latest new Isuzu N75.190 trucks feature 7500kgs Dave Bland Engineering twin-deck, car-transporter bodies.
As David O'Leary, Operations Manager at MSL Vehicle Rental says, "We have predetermined Service Level Agreements with our customers so, in the event of an incident, we have to perform within these strict parameters. All the Isuzu trucks operated by MSL have been supplied by local Isuzu dealer Warrington Vehicle Centre, about whom MSL cannot speak highly enough. "Warrington Vehicle Centre, and its personnel, is superb. Their approach to customer service fully justifies them winning Isuzu's most prestigious and much coveted best dealer 'CARE' award for the past three years," added David O'Leary.
MSL Vehicle Rental runs all its vehicles on a "one-driver, one-vehicle" operation and the two new trucks will cover in excess of 250,000kms in a three-year working life. This timescale fits perfectly with Isuzu's own warranty period on all of the 'Forward' range of vehicles, which is 3-years unlimited mileage and includes free roadside assistance and recovery.
