Key ecommerce statistics from Ofcom’s Communication Market Report highlights the rate of ecommerce growth sits hand-in-hand with more customers preferring to shop by mobile (40% of shoppers). There is an also a 4% growth in the ecommerce market compared to the previous year, where 2014 saw ecommerce valued at £104 billion. Over 60% of respondents also stated that a supplier who can offer tracking of parcels/goods in real time was a key feature when buying.
