Achilles Group has strengthened its senior management team as Neil Willings is appointed to the role of Regional Director for the UK and Ireland. Neil has been with Achilles for three years and has been working in the Regional Director role as an interm since January 2011.
Neil first joined Achilles in January 2008 as Managing Director of Achilles Assessment Services. Audits are an important aspect of Achilles service; a means by which buyers gain assurance to their supplier’s compliance. During this time Neil has helped to create a global strategy for audit and assessments that more than doubled the division’s turnover.
Neil’s remit was subsequently expanded to include responsibility for Achilles’ CSR division. CSR is a growth area for Achilles and Neil helped to develop existing schemes as well as Achilles’ entry into the FMCG sector.
