Irish articulated forklift specialist Aisle-Master was pleased with the level of interest shown in its range of LP Gas and electric powered forklifts when it exhibited in Doncaster for the first time at a Logistics Link event in the UK.
Visitor feedback on the stand indicated that further choice of narrow aisle articulated forklifts is a welcome development for the warehousing sector, with customers citing build quality as one of the major benefits of the Aisle-Master range. Manufactured at the company's dedicated facility in Ireland, the trucks undergo stringent quality controls resulting in a global track record of reliable operation.
Financially, the trucks make excellent sense as UK sales Manager Steve Surridge points out: “As the cost of warehousing continues to rise, customers are realising the advantages of using an Aisle-master to save up to 50% space compared with reach or counterbalance trucks.” Further savings on capital outlay can be achieved by exploiting the Aisle-Master's indoor/outdoor capabilities, avoiding the need for investment in extra forklifts for offloading.
With capacities of up to 2,000kgs and lift heights of 10.5m available, customers in the 3rd party logistics, engineering, food and manufacturing sectors for example will all find a model to suit their needs.
