Aisle-Master Fascinates at CeMAT

Irish articulated forklift specialist Aisle-Master shared two stands, one in the halls and one outside at CeMAT with its partner company Combilift. Aisle-Master was exhibiting for the first time at CeMAT, so it was particularly gratifying that the amount of interest shown in its LP Gas and electric forklifts surpassed all expectations.

The very specific articulated design was a source of fascination for visitors from countries where this concept is less well known, with much discussion as to how to best translate “articulated” into various languages. Aisle-Master’s MD Gerry McHugh comments: “The international calibre of CeMAT provided the ideal opportunity for us to raise awareness of the benefits of the Aisle-Master range – space saving, indoor and outdoor operation for example - to a wider audience.”

Aisle-Master has proved to be a very successful product in the UK, North and Central America and Australasia, in sectors such as 3rd party logistics, engineering, food and manufacturing. It enables customers to save up to 50% on storage space compared with using reach or counterbalance trucks, whilst guaranteeing speedier operation due to its ability to offload and take pallets directly into the racking area.

Build quality is a particular feature of the Aisle-Master range, which is manufactured at the company’s dedicated facility in Ireland, where the trucks undergo stringent quality controls resulting in a global track record of reliable operation. The Aisle-Master will work in aisles as narrow as 1.75m and is available with capacities of up to 2,000kgs and lift heights of 10.5m.
