for the Rescue and Recovery market at the Commercial Vehicle show being held at the NEC Birmingham on the 15th – 17th April 2008.
Commercial Director, Richard Crook says “In 2007 we were commissioned to integrate tracking software with third party back office solutions for a number of R & R companies. It soon became apparent that existing software programs were not satisfying these companies and we were almost similtaneously asked by all of them if we could provide an alternative solution. Our engineers have been working on an developing suitable replacement and we are pleased to say it is now in the final stages of testing and it will be available to the market from April 2008”.
Crook goes on to say “The success of DBS has been our ability to bespoke each clients requirements whatever market sector our software is used. Our R & R solution will be no different and whilst many of the companies within this sector will find the standard R & R package adequate for their needs, we will be able to offer a full bespoking service to ensure that optimum efficiency for the client is achieved and that a return of investment is assured.
Crook concludes “Our Mobile Data solutions will seamlessly integrate with our Rescue and Recovery offering which will keep both roadside technicians and operational staff informed as to job status in real time. Integration with third party tracking software will also be available. Discussions have already taken place with the likes of Navman Wireless, Global Live, Foretrack and a number of other tracking companies have shown interest”.
