The acquisition has been completed just days before the 2007 ESC at the Riverbank Park Plaza in London, where the 350 delegates from multiple industry sectors and across Europe are due to discuss the latest technology and best practice levers being used to improve speed, accuracy and profitability.
Daniel Domberger, deal leader in Livingstone's dedicated Media & Marketing Services sector team says: “The Awareness Group had already extended into event management and executive search and selection. The additional funds and overall backing from Centaur will enable Christopher and Jonathan to increase the size and scope of future ESC events as well.”
He added Livingstone had been able to respond to the pair's request for a rapid completion before the 2007 event because of the boutique's considerable market knowledge, having completed eight deals in the Media & Marketing Services sector in the past fourteen months.
