BEUMER Corporation has announced its acquisition of a majority interest in Glidepath LLC, a designer, manufacturer, and integrator of airport baggage handling systems. Glidepath LLC is based in Dallas, Texas, and was previously a wholly owned subsidiary of Glidepath Limited, based in New Zealand. Glidepath LLC will become part of BEUMER Corporation’s Airports Segment in the United States, Mexico, and the Bahamas, and adds a diverse range of baggage handling components and systems to BEUMER’s baggage handling solutions portfolio.
