Biowastes and the Carbon Economy

The Composting Association¡¦s annual conference & exhibition

5 to 6 December 2007 International Centre, Telford. Action on climate change will create significant business opportunities as new markets are created in low-carbon energy technologies and other low-carbon goods and services. The sooner we learn more about the nature of the changes needed to take advantage of these opportunities, the better the UK¡¦s waste management industry can deliver its key role as secondary resource transformer and play an important part in the renewable energy economy.

The Composting Association¡¦s annual conference has been designed to help delegates to meet these challenges and to help them take a leading role in the development of the carbon economy.

Created with the delegate in mind, plenary sessions, workshops and exhibition breaks will give them the answers they are looking for on the issues that matter. Whether delegates are interested in MBT, new directions in collection systems or the impact of in-vessel technology there will be something for them at this year¡¦s event.
