Book early for Intermodal Europe 2013 in October

Leading global exhibition and conference for container transport and logistics across the road, rail and sea sectors, Intermodal Europe 2013, will take place from 8-10 October at the Hamburg Messe in Germany.

"Following the highly successful Intermodal Europe event in 2012, over 80% of the exhibition space has already been booked" says Event Director, Sophie Ahmed. "We had a record turnout in 2012 and Intermodal 2013 is set to be another success with a host of high-quality exhibitors and speakers."

An ideal environment in which to network and conduct business, Intermodal Europe provides an insight into the future of the intermodal industry. Exhibitors showcase the latest equipment, systems, technology and services designed to improve productivity and efficiency for operations throughout the industry.

Alongside the exhibition, free to attend conference sessions are led by high profile speakers sharing their industry knowledge and experience. The conference sessions are invaluable, covering important topics that are relevant to the container and the intermodal industry. The conference sessions also provide a forum for the audience to interact with the speakers and each other and to share industry-specific challenges and solutions currently affecting different areas of the supply chain.

Intermodal Europe has grown significantly over the last few years and is considered to be the event in the container shipping calendar.

"The growth Intermodal Europe has experienced in recent years is testament to the quality of exhibitors and visitors, as well as speakers presenting interesting and relevant discussion topics. It also demonstrates the growth and positivity within the shipping container industry, in spite of difficult economic climates." adds Ahmed.

Established in 1976, Intermodal Europe is now in its 37th year, bringing container transport and logistics professionals together from all over the world. A new Intermodal event, Intermodal Asia, has been announced to take place in Shanghai in April 2014.
