Bulk logistics company, Suttons, launches new portal to help driven graduates to where they want to be in logistics

Global bulk logistics company, Suttons, has launched a new graduate jobs portal, to help prospective logistics leaders plan their route to a bright career in the industry.

The innovative new website (www.suttonsgraduates.com) has been specifically tailored to offer prospective graduate employees a comprehensive overview of the logistics business, as well as information about the extensive range of opportunities available at Suttons.

Speaking about why the new platform was created, Michael Cundy, HR Director at Suttons Group, said: "Businesses need to look ahead to the next generation if they want to continue to flourish in this market. Suttons understands that and is committed to attracting new talent, as well as raising the profile of the logistics industry as a rewarding career choice. We were conscious that the best way to attract outstanding candidates is to really showcase what Suttons, and the industry have to offer – and that’s exactly what the site does."

The site links to Suttons own Group website which features in-depth information about Suttons’ history, ethos and structure, it also provides graduates with insight into life at the company, featuring a regular newsfeed, access to the internal newsletter and detailed information about the various areas in which Suttons operates. Plans are also in place to update the site with case studies and blogs from the first round of graduates who pass through the new-look programme.

Michael continued: "We’ll continue to expand on the website’s features and content. The idea is that it will not only be a really useful reference tool for anyone interested in the logistics sector, but it’s also a means by which we can reach out to exceptional candidates, who are really committed to building a career in this industry."

Suttons Group offers a range of graduate opportunities, both within the UK and in locations around the world, including full-time placements schemes and entry-level positions across its range of operational departments and support divisions.
