ByBox Chief Executive Stuart Miller will give a semi-serious, quirky and insightful talk to guests at the Service Management Expo (SME).
Stuart's session at SME, which takes place at the Birmingham's NEC on 21/22 September, is called Wine, jazz and terrorism: insights for the field service supply chain.
The talk will deal with a dizzying array of subjects, among them innovation, creativity, collaboration, commitment, rebellion, skullduggery, investment, entrepreneurship, good bets, bad bets and side bets!
ByBox, the UK's leading field service solutions specialist, is showcasing some of its most innovative technological supply chain services at the expo.
A large portion of ByBox's success is down to Stuart's entrepreneurial zeal and willingness to go against conventional business wisdom.
He said: "Wine, jazz and terrorism is admittedly an unusual title but I will be talking about unusual subjects, such as the importance of recruiting rebels and the explosive power of creativity and courage.
"To find out more come along and enjoy an (almost) light-hearted sideways look at field service. I promise you'll come away with a smile and, hopefully, a little inspiration."
Visitors to the ByBox Field Support stand at SME will have the chance to see some of the innovative solutions the company has developed for customers, such as the introduction of the new Technical Services department, and learn how it can help others survive a challenging economy and find new ways of making their logistics work smarter.
Central to this, ByBox will be demonstrating its unique ThinventoryTM supply chain platform software at SME and detailing how it proposes to make this available to like-minded partners under a new collaboration initiative.
ThinventoryTM is something of a revolution in supply chain management. Developed by ByBox's own 20-strong software development team, this cohesive end-to-end technology maximises stock visibility while minimising stock holding by managing each of the key stages of the supply chain process seamlessly and with serial number visibility.
