The Carrylift Group has been presented with an outstanding sales achievement award by Nissan Forklift GB for its superb performance in 2012-13.
The business, based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, operates through a network of strategically located forklift centres, making it one of the largest forklift truck and materials handling companies in the UK.
Having achieved 100 per cent success in delivering on its sales targets of new Nissan Forklift trucks, the Carrylift Group was awarded with the accolade at Nissan Forklift GB's dealer conference this month.
Nissan Forklift GB General manager Derek Robson said: "We take great pride in the strong dealer network that we have in place throughout the UK, and choosing one company to receive the outstanding sales achievement award is always difficult due to stuff competition.
"However, the Carrylift Group has consistently demonstrated an excellent sales performance and delivered upon its targets, culminating in the business becoming a principle member of the Nissan Forklift dealer network. An exceptionally strong performance over the past sales year makes the business the worthy winner of the 2012-13 award," he added.
Steven Routledge, Managing Director, Group Service Manager, collected the award at the conference at the Ullesthorpe Court Hotel in Rugby.
Commenting on the Nissan Sales Achievement award, Steven Routledge said: "Carrylift are very proud to achieve this award and to be recognised for all our efforts. I would personally like to thank everyone involved here at Carrylift for their continued contribution, help and support.
"Our outstanding sales team are supported by a dedicated team of professional personnel, local service centres and a network of highly skilled engineers across the UK which all plays a fundamental role in the success of any business. The results from a variety of activities and efforts put in from all the team at Carrylift throughout the year have contributed to us achieving this great accolade."
