Sparks Transport has added another 20 Cartwright curtainsider trailers to its fleet.
John Sparks, Managing Director commented: “Cartwright listened to our requirements and delivered a trailer specification that exactly met our fleet operation needs.
“Furthermore, they understood our requirement for a total cost of operation solution.”
Sparks Transport ordered the 13.6 metre curtainsider straight frame tri-axle trailers in two batches of five and 15. The separate orders for the curtainsiders are for different heights, five of 4.2 metres and the larger order of 4.5 metres.
Established in 1933, Sparks is one of the largest privately-owned transport companies in the south west of England, employing 140 people on its seven-acre site with 150 vehicles and 120,000 square feet of warehousing.
Sparks distributes products to all parts of the UK, Ireland and Scotland for some of the UK’s top brands in industries as diverse as food and drinks and electronics.
