CESAB Material Handling launches B200 3 wheel compact forklift

CESAB Material Handling has launched its B200 three wheel forklift as a compact, manoeuvrable and high performance option for businesses looking for greater capacity and efficiencies in their materials handling operations.

With a compact chassis configuration, load capacities from 1.0 up to 1.5 tonnes and powerful 24 volt motors, the CESAB B200 is designed to deliver high productivity in even the tightest spaces. The compact size and 180° rotation of the rear single wheel allows best in class manoeuvrability, with a 6505mm lift height making it a strong alternative to a reach truck in stacking operations.

As an updated version of CESAB’s popular Blitz model, the CESAB B200 provides the same high performance outside as inside, allowing operators to seamlessly integrate the loading and unloading of lorries with stacking operations either in a yard or the tight aisles of a warehouse. This results in reduced cycle times which will help to directly improve productivity and profits.

Terry Stephens, General Manager of CESAB Material Handling UK: "The CESAB B200’s versatility makes it a smart investment for expanding companies looking for a compact, highly manoeuvrable electric forklift with enough lifting capacity to meet the needs of a growing business. The B200 range features our industry leading Intelligent Mast Design (IMD) system, which delivers unrivalled visibility through the mast with the highest levels of strength and durability as well as reduced noise and vibration."

The superior visibility of the mast and ergonomic controls facilitate faster stacking and manoeuvring in tight spaces, as well as enhanced safety and fewer damaged loads. Optional proportional electronic controls integrated in a new armrest allow the operator to manage all the hydraulic functions by simply moving the mini-joystick or fingertip levers.

The CESAB B200 range has been designed to provide quick and easy access for battery maintenance and all major serviceable components, reducing maintenance times and ensuring maximum up-time. The standard fit lateral battery extraction allows battery change times to be minimised, optimising the truck’s productivity.
