Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, CILT, launch of first Higher Apprenticeship Level 5

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) has announced the launch of the first Higher Apprenticeship Level 5 in conjunction with Hull College, designed specifically to meet the needs of a unique delivery model designed specifically for express logistics, time-sensitive supply chains, and cross deck operations.

The apprenticeship has been developed in response to employer demand, designed to produce the next generation of Operations Managers. Staff will develop the knowledge and skill set that will enable them to contribute fully to the operation and development of time-sensitive supply chain businesses. This apprenticeship will enable organisations to recruit to an extensive personal development programme and can form a progression route for current employees, extending any existing training already in place.

The Higher Apprenticeship is delivered in conjunction with the National Apprenticeship Service, Skills for Logistics and Hull College

For further information please contact the Higher Apprenticeship team on 01482 598797 or email higherapprenticeships@hull-college.ac.uk.
