CHEP reinforces its strong solutions provider approach in Northern Europe with Senior Customer Partnership appointment

Supply chain solutions specialist, CHEP, is reinforcing its ongoing commitment to customers with the recent appointment of Matt Quinn to the role of Senior Director, Customer Partnership for Northern Europe. Matt will be based in Manchester joining the Northern Europe Leadership Team, reporting to Helen Lane, Vice President, Northern Europe.

The appointment further strengthens CHEP’s position as an increasingly sophisticated solutions provider with unrivalled knowledge and expertise of the growing complexity of the supply chain landscape. CHEP understands where retailers and manufacturers are facing increasing pressures like cost reductions and intensified competition, including omnichannel and changing shopper behaviour. CHEP’s Northern Europe Customer Partnership team will be responsible for addressing these issues, working closely with customers and industry to help deliver innovative solutions for smarter, more agile, and more sustainable supply chains.

Matt brings 15 years’ global consumer goods, supply chain and retail experience to his new role to help better support CHEP customers to tackle their future challenges. Having joined CHEP in 2003 as Business Manager, Automotive. He has since held a variety of Customer Solutions and Business Development positions in Sub-Saharan Africa before becoming Country General Manager for CHEP India in 2016.

Selected for this new Senior Director role by Helen Lane, Vice President, Northern Europe, Helen is looking forward to seeing customers benefit from the substantial experience that Matt brings: “I brought Matt over because his extensive experience will be a real asset in supporting our clients to create more efficient and sustainable supply chains.
