Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer group, Rygor, has announced the appointment of Chris Taylor to group service director, with immediate effect.
Paul Reed, owner director at Rygor said, “I am delighted to announce the promotion of Chris Taylor from his previous role as group service manager, to the position of group service director. This is in recognition of Chris' significant hard work and dedication to the company and to his previous role, which he undertook with great commitment and passion.
“This appointment signifies an even greater consideration towards the service aspect of our company and our dedication to our customers to set standards in everything that we do. On behalf of myself, fellow owner directors Tim Stacey and Graham Drake and the entire team at Rygor, we wish Chris every success in his new role and we look forward to working with him to continue to develop our business,” Paul added.
Chris Taylor, newly appointed group service director at Rygor, said: “This is an incredible opportunity and I am delighted with my new position. I have been with the company for eight years, initially overseeing our VMU branches, before managing all of Rygor’s service teams from Somerset all the way up to Cheshire.
“To ensure a consistent service level across all Rygor branches, this month we have also had a new group regional service manager join the team, Nick Hobbs. Nick joins Rygor team member, Stuart Gemmell, who has recently been promoted to VMU manager, to help oversee all our service branches. It is an exciting time here at Rygor and I look forward to working with the team to deliver the highest service levels to all Rygor customers,” Chris added.
