City Link’s new Click&Post service brings whole cost of printing and sending a letter below price of second-class stamp

The recent increase in postal charges is yet another burden facing Small Medium Enterprises amidst reports of a double dip recession, however smart business bosses have now found a simpler way to send their letters for less than the price of a new second-class stamp.

They are using the newly launched Click&Post service offered by City Link which will print and fold a letter, insert it in an envelope and deliver it for less than Royal Mail postal charges, saving both money and time.

Click&Post customers simply compose their letter, send it over on a secure, data encrypted service at any time of the day or night, and City Link does the rest, with a choice of first or second-class post.

The cost for sending a single letter in black and white in a C5 envelope comes out at just 39 pence plus VAT which not only includes the postage but also the stationery and labour costs providing substantial savings.

Click&Post is free to set up, requires no major IT installation, is quick and easy-to-use and gives a company more control over corporate branding and quality as the correct presentation is used every time.

Companies enjoy peace of mind that their communications are secure, and Click&Post offers full audit trail via a web-based tracking system and also keeps an archive of all of a company’s communications.
