Cloud Fulfilment underpins Parcel Monkey’s end to end ecommerce platform

E-commerce parcel broker Parcel Monkey has transformed its cloud fulfilment service with new state-of-the-art technology which is set to revolutionise the industry.

The technology-driven business has relaunched and rebranded its fulfilment service – developing its own warehouse management system which is also available as a SAAS product that other warehouse/fulfilment services can benefit from.

The new Cloud Fulfilment UK Ltd service provides a full end to end e-commerce platform providing customers with a unique e-commerce solution – using the latest technology including new Apple iTouch scanning devices.

One of the unique propositions Cloud customers will have is if they are looking to grow in export markets the new warehouse is located in the same distribution centre from where P2P mailing and Trak Pak operate.

Parcel Monkey’s Managing Director Nav Ramiah believes this latest investment in new technology and software will help ensure Parcel Monkey is a market leader in fulfilment and the best in its class.

He said: “Fulfilment is a complex issue but we have now created a simple solution which everyone understands. This is a really exciting time for the company, there is no other system like it available.

“Our original Cloud Fulfilment service has been operating for two years but we found we were faced with many challenges with suppliers because we were not using our own WMS (Warehouse Management System) and we had to integrate into other software. This put us in a really risky position which we weren’t comfortable with. Now that has all changed.

“We embarked on a consultative journey with our customers to find out what they wanted and how we could improve our service. We have moved away from the old look and have created a state-of-the-art service which has an abundance of features that concentrate on helping customers to grow their business.”

Cloud Fulfilment is an easy to use service which allows customers to be connected to virtually any e-commerce platform or sales channel. A virtual warehouse allows businesses to ship products directly for storage, and every time a sale is made Cloud

Fulfilment can automatically pick, pack and dispatch it to the customer.

Every customer will now get their own unique log in allowing them to see where their stock is at any one time. This provides customers with total control and complete visibility.

Nav believes one of the key selling points to the new service is having full transparency and says its success is down to delivering a service which is supported by market leading technology.

He added: “We believe that we are the experts in fulfilment and this is supported by our investment in new technology. When you have seen your business grow you want to be sure that you are using the right fulfilment partner to help the business grow further and we are always innovating and adding new updates to help our clients to do this.

“Also our partnership with P2P Mailing will give us an international presence which puts us heads and shoulders above any other business which is providing this service.

“This is a very exciting time for the company and we are confident that our new improved service will not only help us to grow, it will be an incredibly value service to companies across the globe looking to expand their business.”

Malcolm Barrell – Chief Operating Officer, of P2P Mailing, said: “This is a great partnership with both parties complementing one another and together delivering an offering which will be for the benefit of both parties as well as the customer, which in turn will allow Cloud Fulfilment to grow and flourish.”
