To support businesses looking to improve upon their fleet management processes and activities, telematics and connected fleet experts, CMS SupaTrak have launched their Training Academy.
The new services can be delivered both on and offline and are designed to support businesses on topics such as compliance, driver behaviour, fuel management, health & safety and cost reduction.
Jason Airey, Managing Director at CMS SupaTrak says “the Training Academy has been developed in response to feedback from our existing customers and those currently looking to improve the way in which they use their existing technology”.
Training courses are now available to help businesses make the most of their telematics system and these can be delivered on site, in a classroom or via a web based learning platform.
CMS SupaTrak is offering both group and bespoke sessions, which, according to Jason Airey, “can be tailored to suit the needs of the business, both in content and approach”.
In addition to the new training sessions, CMS SupaTrak is now offering a full range of managed services and consultancy support for businesses looking to maximise the benefits realised from their in-vehicle technology. The launch of these services has again been prompted by CMS SupaTrak’s close working relationship with their customers who, according to Jason Airey “have indicated that they want to make the most of the technology they’ve invested in to ultimately achieve the best possible return on their investment”.
Fleet and System Audits are amongst the consultancy packages available and the emphasis of these new services is to take the administration and analysis away from businesses so they can get on with running their operation.
