Compact Terex Finlay J960 packs a punch at RB Haigh

The compact yet powerful Terex Finlay J-960 is punching above its weight to deliver at RB Haigh’s Essex site.

Noted for its streamlined design and ease of mobility, the Terex Finlay J-960 jaw crusher is pushing through a demanding workload to deliver exceptional levels of productivity.

RB Haigh, which is based in Dunmow, Essex, has taken delivery of the machine from Finlay Plant South East.

The new plant is supporting RB Haigh’s on-site processing service for hard-core and soil products.

It is crushing concrete as part of recycling operations, processing the material down to 50mm and below. The end product is used by builders and developers in the local area.

RB Haigh, which is run by brothers Russell and Stuart Haigh, offers groundworks, readymix, aggregates and demolition services and operates throughout Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

It is a long standing customer of Finlay Plant South East and already runs a Terex Finlay 888 and Terex Finlay 863.

The investment in the J-960 reflects the company’s commitment to running a well-equipped yard with modern plant, to keep all services in-house and support environmental standards.

The Terex Finlay J-960 is a compact and aggressive mobile jaw crusher incorporating a proven Terex direct drive single toggle jaw crusher which gives high capacity with large reduction capacities.

Features a heavy duty hopper with integrated vibrating grizzly and pan feeder as standard, its compact size, excellent mobility and high crushing capacity – even at tight settings in recycling and hard rock operations – make the J-960 ideal for small to medium sized operators.

Its robust high performance single toggle jaw crusher provides high capacity with large reduction ratios, while the direct drive jaw chamber gives efficient production and application versatility.
