Veolia Transport in this Country has an interesting background, beginning by the purchase of some smaller bus and coach companies, and establishing a niche for itself. Earlier this year it gained considerable success by gaining several contracts from South Yorkshire PTE to operate some bus services in the Rotherham area, for which it purchased new vehicles and established a new operating base from which to work.
