Waste management specialist CDEnviro is celebrating its second employer-related award win in the space of just two weeks. Having already collected the Employee Champion accolade at the Aer Lingus Viscount Awards, the company has now picked up the Irish News Employer for the Future prize at the Workplace and Employment Awards 2017.
To win the Viscount Award, CDEnviro had to demonstrate proactive leadership and management; a strong training and development programme; evidence of how employee policies have led to improved business performance; evidence of commitment to employee health and wellbeing and a noticeable involvement of staff in the success of the business.
The Employer for the Future resonates particularly strongly with CDEnviro as it aims to future-proof its people, solutions and products so that it can ‘Turn our World Green’. One very important way CDEnviro develops its products, services and people skills, is through its Innovation teams who ensure the business remains agile as the market evolves.
