Dover based haulage firm Online MBT is given seal of approval by its customers

Online MBT, a member of Palletforce, the UK’s leading palletised distributuion network, has been rated ‘gold’ for the second year running after a BenchmarQ Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The survey was carried out by the independent company BenchmarQ who randomly called customers and asked for feedback on Online MBT’s service including punctuality, efficiency and value for money.

"It is very important to us that our customers are happy with the services we provide and this gold standard award shows that they are," said Site Director Karen Day.

"The survey results are fantastic and a tribute to the consistent effort of all our staff who always work hard to provide a friendly, knowledgeable quality service.

"We will continue to do our utmost to ensure our customers receive the best service possible."

Online MBT carry out the customer satisfaction surveys every year as part of their Quality Management System and ISO 9001 accreditation.

The haulage firm was set up by Mike Beer with just one vehicle more than 25 years ago.

It now has a headquarters at Dover Port Zone and offers national and international full and part loads, next day UK deliveries, daily European services and warehousing and order fulfilment.

As well as being a member of Palletforce since 2007, it is also a member of the Online Group which is a group of logistical partners offering services to national and international industries.

"This is great news for Online MBT, and their customers, and I would like to congratulate everyone who worked hard to achieve the gold standard," said Palletforce Chief Executive Michael Conroy.

"Providing quality service to customers is what our members do best and Online MBT is a shining example of the commitment and dedication all our members show to achieve such high levels of service every day."
