Senior supply chain professionals within the energy and utilities sector will hear about global best practice case studies at a seminar organised by independent supply chain consultants Total Logistics. Delegates will be shown how to transform their supply chain activity by applying the latest proven best practice, via a series of interactive presentations from within the utilities industry and other sectors.
Research conducted by Total Logistics revealed a growing desire across the sector to develop the knowledge and skills required to implement intelligent processes which can drive down cost and improve performance. The research suggested that senior management were keen to hear how companies had managed change through the implementation of robust solutions in supply chain planning and operational optimisation.
Speaking at the event are some of the industry's top supply chain professionals who have successfully delivered supply chain efficiencies and best practice for leading household brands.
