EU Air Passenger rights during current air travel disruption

To those of you who are covering the current air travel disruption, may we remind you that affected passengers will be able to make certain claims under the EU Air Passenger Rights Regulation.

Air carriers need to provide assistance and care (meals, refreshments, hotel accommodation, telephone calls etc.) in relation to the waiting time, including the right to reimbursement or re-routing to affected passengers (Regulation 261/2004)
