Frédéric d´Orsay joins the team at TSC Auto ID Technology EMEA GmbH as their new Sales Director Southern Region. The company, among the world’s top 10 manufacturers of thermal printers, is currently one of the fastest-growing providers in that market and is therefore consistently growing its sales activities. D´Orsay brings not only a concentrated charge of competence to the table, but also more than fifteen years of experience in the sector, especially contacts in the global AIDC industry.

"He knows the markets in the US, Latin America and Europe very well, and his work shows his great passion for our industry."
As the Sales Director Southern Region, D’Orsay will be responsible for sales activities in countries such as Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, the Near East, and North Africa. Henning Mahlstedt, the previous Sales Manager for Europe, will become the Sales Director Northern Region as of September 1. "Of course, we are expecting a huge amount of dynamic from this new constellation – especially in collaboration with the rest of the sales team for Germany-Austria-Switzerland and Eastern Europe. And not just those two will be immediately setting new accents in EMEA, I’m absolutely sure of that," says Sloup.
D’Orsay, born in Los Angeles, has both American and French citizenship and speaks fluent English, Spanish and French, and is quite ready for the new challenge. After earning his Masters in Industrial Engineering in St. Etienne, France, he started his career as a Technical Manager with Markern-Imaje, a globally active provider of labelling solutions that is part of the Dover Group.
At Impuls ID Distribution, he was initially the Vice President in Fort Lauderdale, but in 2008 became the Managing Director for the four subsidiaries in Barcelona. After the takeover by Bluestar, Inc., d’Orsay moved up to become the EMEA Southern Region General Manager.
