Frontline Recruitment Ltd has created a new division to extend the company's range of sectors serviced. The company has created a new 'Permanent & Professional Services' Division across its five offices in the East Midlands and North Yorkshire. The Derby branch will have a specialist 'Logistics' Division, which will cover the whole of the country. Any request for senior managers within the logistics and warehousing sector will be handled by the Derby team, even if the initial enquiry is to one of the other offices. Clients from manufacturing, production, transport or warehousing sectors requiring Supervisors, Managers or Directors on a fixed term or permanent contract will receive advice and support from specialist advisers with knowledge of their market.
Frontline has grown rapidly since it was formed in 2000, to service the temporary and permanent employment needs of employers across a range of industry sectors. It now has a turnover of over £12million and employs 45 staff.
Director Tony Wilmot explains,” We've grown rapidly because of our focus and pro-activity. As well as traditional sources such as advertising, we have worked hard at developing links with industry and academia to ensure we have a good match of skills to requirements. It has largely been requests by existing clients that have driven us to invest over £1/4 million on IT systems, a new interactive website and additional staff. The new division has taken a year to put in place and clients are already starting to reap the benefits.”
