FTA’s industry leading Fuel Tanker Conference to return this December

The Freight Transport Association’s popular Fuel Tanker Conference, which takes place every two years, will be held on Tuesday 2 December at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, bringing together top speakers from a variety of organisations including the Health & Safety Executive, Department for Transport, Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, United Kingdom Petroleum Industry Association and the Energy Institute.


The conference, which is sponsored by MAN Truck & Bus and PTV map&guide, will be chaired by FTA’s Head of Engineering, Andy Mair, and will provide fleet managers, vehicle engineers and those responsible for specifying road fuel tanker design with a unique insight into future legislation and enforcement priorities, providing best practice advice to ensure the safety, efficiency and compliance of their operation.
