Fuel saving technology from CMS SUPATRAK EcoTrak a big hit at RWM Exhibition

EcoTrak fuel saving technology was a big hit at last week's RWM Exhibition with both private and public sector organisations

Last week's RWM Exhibition, held at the NEC in Birmingham had a record number of visitors in attendance. According to the organiser's initial figures, 9,034 visitors attended the 3 day event which attracted attendees from all types of organisations for whom recycling and waste management is the main focus of their job.

The CMS SupaTrak stand was very busy throughout the 3 days, with visitors to the stand being invited to take advantage of a FREE fuel saving consultation and find out how EcoTrak fuel saving technology could help them to reduce their organisation's fuel costs and lower vehicle carbon emissions. Live EcoTrak demonstrations were given throughout the event and many private and public sector organisations, including a number of local authorities expressed their interest.

EcoTrak fuel saving technology is a driver management tool which provides fleet managers with key information about their driver's behaviour, including real time miles per gallon, RPM, speed, idling time and "green band" driving time. EcoTrak reports highlight areas which require improvement and remedial action, such as driver training can then be delivered to ensure a fuel efficient driving style is attained across the fleet.

Organisations already using EcoTrak are recording fuel cost savings of up to 20 percent as a result of installing the fuel saving solution.
