Focusing on the future, Genie® will be TAKING YOU HIGHER™ . Celebrating its golden milestone the brand will be showcasing five new and long-time best-selling products on 15th & 16th of June at the Haydock Park, Mereyside on stand 608.
Featuring advanced power-source technologies, Genie will be showcasing the recently launched hybrid version of the new electric Genie® Z™-60/37 boom offering operators two machines in one package for indoor and outdoor applications, while providing lower cost of operation and cleaner performance. Driven by high-efficiency AC motors, this new fuel-efficient model offers a working height of 20,16 m (65 ft 6 in) combined with the benefits of advanced diesel power, four-wheel drive performance and the cleaner, quieter efficiency of compact, low weight electric- powered booms. “The Genie Z-60/37 FE boom is a revolutionary new approach to our mid-size Z-boom family and it adapts to our customers’ evolving needs for high performance, high efficiency and low emissions. On long-term jobs, even when on-site power is not available, this machine is sufficiently versatile to handle multiple tasks ranging from work on rough and unprepared ground to indoor applications where reduced noise and emissions levels are necessary,” says Adam Hailey, Product Manager, Terex AWP. “This model is an extremely cost-efficient solution designed to provide high rental returns for general construction and industrial applications, such as sports arenas, shopping malls and convention centers,” notes Hailey.
Providing fleet owners the versatile on-site productivity and cost-efficiency they need at a market-beating price, Genie will also showcase the new Genie® GTH™-3007 telehandler. Utilizing the field proven design of the GTH™-2506 telehandler, this addition to the Genie compact telehandler family combines efficient, full-featured capabilities with the most compact dimensions and lightest weight in its category. As the heavier lifting, higher reaching brother of the Genie GTH-2506 compact telehandler, at the low weight of 5970 kg (13,161 lbs) the new GTH-3007 telehandler shares the same rugged durability common to all other six models of the Genie GTH telehandler family. “However, unlike other heavier units by other brands, our new GTH-3007 telehandler combines the full capacity of a 6.89 m (22 ft 7 in) machine with the cost-efficiencies that only a 74-hp Stage IIIB (Tier IV Final engine) can provide,” says Christine Zeznick, Product Manager, Terex AWP EMEAR (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia).
Other products on display will include the Genie® SX-150, the Z™-62/40 boom lift, and the AWP™-25S.
Throughout the event, Genie team specialists will be on hand for customers to learn how its Terex Financial Services™, New Maintenance Protocol and time-proven Genie Service Solutions (GSS) offering can simplify and make their business more profitable.
