Award winning response handling and fulfilment house, Granby Marketing Services, has been appointed by the UK Office of the European Parliament to handle the storage and distribution of publications, promotional items and exhibition materials under a framework contract for up to four years.
Granby will be solely responsible for the receipt, storage, stock management, order processing picking, packing and distribution of European Parliament stock in the UK. Orders will be primarily placed on line and all activity will be reported in real time via Granby's customer management platform, SCOPE, enabling instant access to ordering facilities and stock availability data to European Parliament officers based both in London and Brussels.
