HFT Forklifts strengthens its sales force

Materials handling specialist HFT Forklifts has further strengthened its sales force with the appointment of a prospect account manager.

As part of its strategic growth plans, the Herefordshire-based firm has recruited Rob Perry to support its business development team. Tasked with growing sales and nurturing prospects, Rob will be working alongside HFT's existing head of sales, Andy Ferriday and senior account manager Kevin Heath.

Commenting on the appointment, Jamie Crawford, HFT's commercial director said: "As a business we're committed to growth and we're looking to expand and build our existing customer portfolio. Rob has a wealth of relevant experience and a solid understanding of the products and services we offer. We're delighted to welcome him on board and we're confident he'll be a real asset to the team."

Previously employed by Hako, Rob has spent the last four years developing his knowledge of the materials handling sector.

An experienced sales professional, he will be responsible for promoting HFT's extensive equipment range which includes products from leading manufacturers such as Mitsubishi and Manitou.
