Hiab, part of Cargotec, has launched an easy-to-use mobile application, which the customers can use to locate to their closest authorised service point, and therefore ensure more uptime for their Hiab product.
“We are very proud of this launch, and are sure that it will benefit our customers greatly. We have a global service network in more than 120 countries to ensure local support, and with the app, our customers can locate these service point quicker than ever. This means more uptime for the product, and a longer lifetime, as it is serviced at an authorised service point,” says Christian Bjorne, Vice President, Services.
With the app, the customers can with a few clicks find information on their current location and closest service point, as well as the service point’s contact information and driving instructions.
The service points are shown either conveniently on a map, or a list. The app works both online and offline, and includes service points for all Hiab product brands, HIAB, JONSERED, LOGLIFT, MULTILIFT, MOFFETT, ZEPRO, WALTCO and DEL. It is available for both iPhone and Android.
