High-quality labelling solutions from Brady at productronica 2011

Brady will present its proven industrial identification systems in automatic labelling and barcode technology alongside a wealth of high-quality labelling materials for every industrial and commercial application - at productronica 2011 (15-18 November 2011, Munich, Germany), the world's leading trade fair for the entire electronics production supply chain. Brady will demonstrate optimised production workflow systems, including custom solutions for printing labels and barcodes, using interactive models (hall A2, stand 305).

Automatic printer applicators

The current Auto Apply product range, designed to reduce the total item cost in the production of electronic systems, will take centre stage on the exhibition stand. Brady's Auto Apply principle aims to increase productivity by applying labels quickly and efficiently with full traceability across the entire production process. The Brady printer applicator, for example, provides accurate and reliable labelling using a wide range of different labelling materials and thickness.

Auto Apply labels

The materials used to label printed circuit boards have to meet a large number of requirements to guarantee 100% readability of the labels at all stages in the production process. Brady provides optimum solutions for all conditions in electronics manufacturing. Label development has focused in particular on good printability and a sharply contrasted printed image. Blurred print edges are a thing of the past.

Versatile solutions for wire and cable labelling

Brady provides a range of practical solutions for labelling wires and cables. Our customers can choose between manual system solutions or automatic printing solutions. Our high-quality materials withstand tough conditions and adhere securely for years.

EPREP labels replace engraved plates

Printed EPREP (Engraved Plate REPlacement) labels made from Brady material B-7593 provide a fast and cost-effective alternative to traditional engraved plates. Printing can be done in-house and on demand, avoiding the need to order in advance or to repeat the entire process in the event of design or text errors. The high-gloss lamination gives excellent, professional-grade print quality, equal to that of engraved plates.
