The sales team at leading door manufacturer, Hörmann UK, is an integral part of the business and seeking the right people to fulfill these roles is key. Bradley Mills is the latest recruit in the team and joins as Area Sales Manager.
Working in the industrial door industry for many years, Bradley’s previous roles include Field Sales / Surveyor and Sales Consultant. At Hörmann, Bradley now takes on more responsibility as he undertakes the position of Area Sales Manager where he looks after and supports trade partners of Hörmann.
Bradley started his role back in September and is primarily responsible for regions in the North such as Bolton, Carlisle, Northumberland, and North Yorkshire. Along with working closely with trade partners, he also is tasked with looking after the accounts, conducting site visits, attending to any warranty issues, product training, joint customer visits and general support.
Commenting on his new position, Bradley Mills said: “Hörmann is a huge name in the industry and a well-respected market leader. With a strong background in sales, I was excited at the prospect of working for such a well-established company whilst furthering my expertise and knowledge in this field.”
The sales team also welcomes the promotion of Stuart Shaw. Working at Hörmann for over 14 years, Stuart’s recently progressed from Area Sales Manager to his new role as National Field Sales Manager. Stuart now manages a team of 10, consisting of six area sales managers, three project managers and a key account manager.
Working in the industry since he was 16, Stuart now plans to use the teams’ expert abilities to push the brand forward next year. He commented: “We’re a family run business and are here to sell products and provide customers with the best service while doing so. We want to reassure our customers that we’re not only a market leader but the partner of choice in the industry.
“I’d like to also welcome Bradley to the team. He’s shown great promise and a lot of enthusiasm since he started and is a great addition to the team. He’s keen to learn and full of ambition – just what we look for in this role.”
